Alumni
Must be an alumnus of any Skolar Bootcamp
Active Participants
Participants are required to attend 10 coaching sessions provided by the experts.
Pitching Projects
Finalists will be selected to pitch their projects during the prestigious Skolar Summit, and will stand a chance to win RM10,000 cash prize!
Eligible to Win
All participants registered for the course are eligible to win bronze, silver, or gold medals.
Specialty Alumni
Other non-bootcamp alumni are welcome to participate but will not be eligible for the RM10,000 cash prize. However, they can still win medals.

What will be covered in our coaching sessions?
Module 1: Becoming a Trailblazer – Vision & Leadership in Education
Objective: Inspire participants to define their unique vision and leadership style.
Content:
• Traits of a trailblazer: Innovation, resilience, and collaboration.
• Identifying opportunities for impact in education.
• Personal branding as an educator.
• Outcome: Participants will create a personal “Trailblazer Vision Statement.”
Module 2: Planning for Impact – Designing an Evidence Collection Strategy
Objective: Teach participants how to systematically plan for evidence collection to demonstrate impact.
Content:
• Understanding what evidence matters: Qualitative and quantitative data.
• Creating a data collection timeline.
• Tools for effective evidence collection.
• Outcome: Participants will create a detailed evidence collection plan aligned with their project goals.
Module 3: Analyzing Impact – Making Sense of Your Data
Objective: Equip participants with basic analysis skills to interpret their data meaningfully.
Content:
• Methods for analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Drawing insights from feedback and results.
• Reporting findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Outcome: Participants will analyze a sample dataset and outline a summary of their project impact.
Module 4: Visual Storytelling and Presentation Skills – Designing for Impact
Objective: Help participants create impactful visuals and deliver engaging presentations using Canva.
Content:
• Designing compelling posters and slides using Canva.
• Essentials of visual storytelling: Structure, clarity, and creativity.
• Public speaking skills: Confidence, delivery, and Q&A handling.
• Outcome: Participants will develop a poster or slide deck showcasing their initiative and practice presenting it.
Module 5: The Art of Pitching – Communicating Your Vision
Objective: Train participants to pitch their ideas effectively to stakeholders or judges.
Content:
• Building a narrative: The structure of a strong pitch.
• Delivering with impact: Engaging your audience and using storytelling.
• Handling questions and feedback with poise.
• Outcome: Participants will draft and practice a 5-minute pitch about their project.
Module 6: Sustaining Excellence – Scaling Impact and Building Networks
Objective: Guide participants on sustaining their initiatives and amplifying their influence.
Content:
• Strategies for scaling up: Expanding reach and creating lasting change.
• Building networks and collaborations for sustainability.
• Planning for recognition and awards beyond the program.
• Outcome: Participants will draft a roadmap for scaling and sustaining their initiatives.
